Main purpose of the job:
To work as part of the Design and Development team, developing trim covers in fabric and leather.

Main missions and results:

? Prepare master patterns
? Produce Assyst design, cut files, Data sheets and BOMs for the trim section.
? Work with all sections of our business and suppliers to ensure accurate data transfer is achieved
? Input data into computer
? Prepare costing lays and BOMs to cost Controller
? Process planning of trimming of foam, cover, fabrics and leather for complete seat
? Planning of function test of complete seats
? Analyses of tack times and work flow
? Planning and procurement


Experience and knowledge:
? Knowledge of hole Jit process
? Knowledge of the electrical screwing
? Knowledge of workplace ergonomic
? Degree of mechanical engineer
? Training in Fabrics technology
? 2 years experience as an automotive trim Engineer
? Very good English skills
? Full practise of IT
