Main Duties & Responsibilities
? Work with Head of Retail and Head of Human Resources to identifying and prioritizing training needs aligned to the company needs.
? Design, develop and implement comprehensive annual training plan that support company business goals.
? Independently manage and conduct training programs for covering a full spectrum of products & services, processes, sales and customer service training.
? Perform field coaching and on-the-job training (OJT) as well as implementing improvements in policies.
? Perform post training follow up, monitor training needs and do assessment of sales team.
? Work closely with Retail Manager to assess team performance and monitor the succession planning of sales team.
? Adapt and implement the training guidelines and programs received from HQ and ensure that all training materials are ready to use and up to date.
? Manage retail training budget, training documentations and provide regular reports
? Review and edit training materials translated to Chinese (if necessary).
