岗位职责

？ 按照品质部取样计划，检测分析生产的水，原材料，半成品，成品、保证分析结果的准确性、及时性；

？ 严格执行标准操作规程分析样品，并及时反馈异常数据给相关人员；

？ 按照标准操作规程（SOP）正确使用仪器，检查，维护并校正仪器；

？ 监控和反馈生产运行过程中出现的质量问题或怀疑有质量问题的成品、半成品及原材料，向主管提供做出处理决定的数据依据；

岗位要求

• 大专或以上学历；
• 从事化学分析一年以上的工作经历，或分析化学类专业毕业半年以上实习经历；
• 一定的啤酒酿造、包装工艺知识，较全面的微生物、化学分析知识；
• 较强的时间管理和合理安排工作的能力；
• 具有敬业精神和责任感，能承受工作压力；
• 较强的沟通能力和协调能力；
• 能接受倒班工作。
