Job Description
1.-Responsible to implement manufacturing process design principles for standard time reduction from competitors (Yazaki and/or Sumitomo)into company Bill of Process
2.-Demonstrate and lead implementation for process design for standard time reduction in current Delphi processes.
3.-Work with company product engineering to explain competitor’s product design preconditions for process design.
Candidate Requirements:

1. At least 10 to 15yrs experience in Manufacturing Engineering with Yazaki and/or Sumitomo
2. Understanding of Yazaki and/or Sumitomo Mfg. design principles to optimize std. hours
3. Understanding of Yazaki and/or sumitomo kaizen methodologies
4. Able to demonstrate how competitors design Mfg. Systems for Built in Quality and Short Lead time.
5. Able to explain competitors strategy for machine and equipment usage for labor reduction
6. Knowledge of Competitors footprint strategies
7. Proven experience on implementation of Continuous Improvement Process and Problem Solving Methodologies
8. Proven ability to influence and lead working teams
9. Fluent English
10.Microsoft office skills
