Description:
1, Elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders;
2, Work with Project Manager to manage the project's scope;
3,Provide presales support such as requirement clarification, project estimation.
Requirements:
1,B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or other equivalent. (M.S. preferred);
2,4+ years working experience in IT or relevant industry, at least 2 years software requirement analyst experience;
3,Strong modeling skills, to represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representations in natural language, including using modeling languages already established in the development organization;
4,Deep understanding of how to practice requirement engineering;
5,Strong Analytical skill;
6,Possess application domain knowledge is a plus;
7,Good interpersonal and communication skill.
