职位描述
Responsibility
1.Develop test plans, design test cases, and perform testing
2.Track defects and work with developer to address defects/issues
3.Be responsible for the test quality of the project
4.Communicate with customer to clarify test requirement, and confirm test issues
5.Set up and maintain test environment, including test data
6.Report test results and create statistical test reports
Requirements
1.4+ years experience in software testing & 2+ years experience in test design
2.1+ years of manage team experience & 1+ year experiences of Internet & Media industry
3.High capability to plan test, design test, track defect and repot test result
4.Solid knowledge and rich experience of software engineering, quality assurance, and software test methodology and test process
5.High capability in business domain learning, and requirement understanding
6.High reliability, initiative, good communication
7.Good organizational skills, reporting skills
8.Good English reading & writing
9.Cantonese is preferred
