OP Clerk:
Job description:
Operations Clerk is responsible for arranging airfreight and seafreight according to customer's instruction within committed leading time as well as reasonable cost.
操作主责为根据客户需求在委任周期内以合理成本/价格来安排海运和空运。

- Daily communication with overseas offices,agents ,clients and domiestic agent,customers .与国外办公室、代理、客户及国内代理、客户的日常交流

- Receive shipping instruction from overseas offices, contact local agent. Handle the shipment in whole process including customs clearance, trucking/delivery,etc.从国外收到装运指示，联系国内代理，处理包括清关和送货的全部进程

- Input full shipment data in Schenker system and Issue internal and external invoice in system,Preparing for necessary statistics report 。键入、维护辛克系统,开具系统内、外部发票，制作报表。

- Release of the Bill of Lading to the customers against the essential documents and payment.在必要文件和付款的前提下放单给客户

- Solving operational problem and propose operation guideline.解决相关操作问题，制作操作指导方针/方案。

- reccive incoming shipping order, report the primary booking status and assist sales to arrange export relevant operation works;接收客户的BOOKING，并协助销售处理基本的订舱流程，随时汇报相关的操作进度

- preparation of relevant documents include bill of loading and so on;准备相关的单证包括提单等


Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant本科及以上学历，物流、国际贸易或相关专业

2. Over 2 years logistics or forwarding related working experience. Familiar with air and ocean import or export process. 2年以上物流货运相关工作经验。熟悉空运海运进出流程。

3.Good command of English both verbal and written 较好掌握英语的口语和书面应用

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 较强交流沟通和人际关系能力;

5.Computer literate. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word. 电脑操作熟练。熟练使用办公软件,包括Excel和word。

6.Creative mind with problem solving ability; 创造性思维和解决问题的能力;
7. Be positive, responsible, reliable, teamwork player 积极主动，有责任心，可信赖，有团队合作精神
