1. Ensure all job relevant BOS procedures and work instructions are properly executed in China

2. Build up business case and related analysis to support quotations and ensure smooth transition to JVs; supervise VFAE phase 1 - phase 5 business plan development and update

3. Identify financial risks and opportunities through reviewing and challenging input data by directing the team to create achievable roadmap and pushing for result

4. Monitor program financial to meet targets, control spending on Capex, Tooling, Program Cost, Engineering Cost, and Launch Cost against baseline program financial, Improve China PAR review process to shorten approval lead time
5. Involve in gate reviews of all China programs and support material preparation

6. Support China commercial planning and forecast

7. Support merge & acquisition projects and complete any other tasks assigned to support finance controller to meet China finance goals

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Finance or in Science or related fields

2. 8 years or above relative work experience, automotive electronics industry

3. Sufficient knowledge of accounting and financial management

4. Sufficient knowledge of general process of program management and control

5. Experience in industrial / process engineering, material processing, or product engineering, cost estimating related experience preferred

6. PRC and US GAAP
