岗位职责：

1. 全面负责计划科的业务，并管理仓库业务，带领下属完成公司的目标要求；

Manage the planning function and warehouse function, lead the subordinates achieve company task requirement.

2. 计划和控制物料进出仓库,保持最佳库存水平和库存投资,以支持生产计划

Plan and control material flow in and out from warehouse, maintain optimum stock levels and inventory investment to support production schedules.

3. 根据项目滚动预测计划及产能负荷合理排产,以确保我们有适当的总装产能以及时满足市场需求。

Capacity planning for production in accordance with the rolling forecast to ensure we have appropriate final assembly capacity to meet market demands in a timely manner.

4. 监督并确保有效实施、更新与维护Oracle / MRP系统的计划模块。

Oversee and ensure the effective implementation, update & maintenance planning modular of Oracle/MRP system.

5. 基于产能规划提供制造部年度人头数规划和生成月度工时预测报告。

Provide Head Count Planning of manufacturing department based on the capacity planning and generate monthly labor hours forecast report.

6. 根据每日生产计划,收集日产量、在制品和成品数据，组织日常生产会议

Work with day to day production scheduling, and collect daily output, WIP and finished goods

data for the daily production meeting.

7. 生成制造工单，跟踪所有开放WO /更新状态,确保系统及时更新。

Generate Manufacturing Work Orders and track/update the status for all the open WO ensuring that the system is updated timely.

8. 管理计划系统,驱动MRP系统， 确保从制造部门输入的数据是准确和及时的。

Manage the planning system, drive MRP system to ensure the data entered from manufacturing department is accurate and in time.

9. 向采购部门解释和传递客户灵活的交付要求,确保材料供应及时且数量准确。

Interpret and transfer customer flexible delivery requirements to Purchasing Department, ensure material supplied just in time and in the right quantity.

10. 和制造部/订单管理部门/采购部门沟通合作，及时足量的完成生产计划。

Communicate and cooperate within the Production Department / Order Management Department / Purchasing Department to fulfill the production plan to the right quantity on the right time

11. 确保物料计划和仓库部门持续符合ISO9001要求。

Ensure continued compliance with ISO 9001 requirements in the Materials planning and Warehouse Department.

12. 参与制定公司的年度经营计划、预算和预算调整；

Participant in formulation of company annual production plan, budget and budget adjustment;

Employees training and Assessment

任职要求：

1. 生产运营、仓库管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；

Bachelor's degree or above in an operation or warehouse management or equivalent.

2. 制造业环境5年以上生产计划/物料计划经验；

Above 5 years’ experience of production plan/material in manufacturing industry.

3. 3年以上外企ERP环境计划管理经验；

Above 3 years ERP environmental planning management experience in foreign company;

4. 熟悉精益生产、物料管理、项目管理及仓库管理；

Familiar with lean production, material management, project management and warehouse management;

5.熟悉机械类产品的生产工艺和生产流程；

Familiar with the production technique and process of machinery products;

6.具有团队领导能力和很强的抗压能力；

Team leadership skills and could work effectively under high pressure;

7.熟练操作MRP和办公软件，良好的英文（口头/写作）表达能力；

Proficient in MRP operation and Microsoft Office, good oral and written English;
