职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Information systems (CATIA, mPLM, eHR, C1, VeGa & etc.) regular maintenance for CTC;
- Coordination between France group & site to delivery new policy & systems;
- Technical systems administrator for the CTC;
- Branch PDM systems deployment & maintenance – mPLM;
- CAD hardware & software deployment with all needed peripherals – CATIA;
- Manage & coordinate the IT team to assure the infrastructure quality & stabilization;
- R&D methodology & tooling development support;
- Manage & control on site help-desk engineers & call center;
- Information security audit;
- Internal Control;
- IT Devices Management;
- End-users support/training & methodology/efficiency development;
- Analyses existing methods with engineering functions and defines new improved processes;
- Responsible of IT team & Budget. New IT projects roll-out, and responsible of IT road-map;
- Manage & control the network of external suppliers;
- Ensure good application of N+1 requirement.
Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technologies;
- Be familiar with design software (Catia, UG, PRO/E or etc.) & PDM systems (Matrix, Team Center, SAP PLM, Aras PLM & etc.) will be a plus;
- Experience for automotive industry IT project or service will be preferred;
- Customer service orientated, active motivation, good communication and team work;
- Language: English fluent.
