工作职责 Main Responsibilities

1. 负责辅助设备、设施的新增、调试和大修过程的履历管理，内容包括设备基本情况、维修指导书、设备改进报告、设备故障统计等相关文件组织填写、归档存位，定期整理工作。
Be responsible for equipment document and record management, including maintenance instructions,improvement report, trouble records and analysis.
2. 制定辅助设备实施维修作业计划，制定周、月、年预防维修计划并监控执行。
Be responsible for planning and implementing preventive maintenance of assist equipment.
3. 辅助设备、设施资料管理：设备说明书、零件说明书、图纸、测试报告和图表、供应厂商记录、设备程序一些设备的相关资料信息，并及时更新。
Data management for auxiliary equipment and spare part manual, chart , report , assist equipment programs and supplier information.
4.确保及时、高效地处理设备设施故障。
To ensure a timely and effective response to equipment failure.
5. 参与辅助设备、设施的选型、技术要求、设备安装、验收、调试。包括设施的技术改造、支持其他部门的技改项目。
Take part in new project some work like as technical support, equipment install. Support other department technically improve.
6. 指导设施技术员的日常工作，对技术员和操作人员组织专业培训，并管理下属。
Direct maintenance technician to trouble shoot of equipment, train and manage junior.
7. 支持其他部门，完成临时性的其他任务。
Support other department to finish provisional works.

任职要求 Qualifications

1. 大学本科机械或自动化专业，类似工作经验3年。
Bachelor degree and majoring mechanical or electric automatic. At least 3 years facility maintenance experience.
2. 掌握通风系统的维护和保养。
Master of ventilation system maintenance technology.
3. 掌握保护气站的维护与保养。
Master of MAG gas station maintenance technology.
4. 掌握空调系统的保养与维护。
Master of air condition system.
5. 掌握空压系统维护技术。
Master of air support system machine maintenance technology.
6. 熟悉电力系统和工厂供电。
Master of electric power and paint power supply.
7.了解工厂基础设施及工厂布局。
Understanding maintenance infrastructure and installing of plant.
8. 掌握officer办公软件、绘图软件。
Skill of officer and CAD software.
