Responsibilities:
1.Assists implement general position interview arrangement, testing and interview.
2.Procedure for new hire and termination according to related procedure.
3.Maintain staff files, key in new information to the HRMS, maintain staff database information updated.
4.Administrate and check employee's attendance data, check evidences and approval of all Leave Application Forms, maintain monthly attendance report.
5.Deal with employees’ probation evaluation.
6.Update job analysis and position description to ensure JD signed rate:100%.
7.Assist training activities of the company.
8.Assists HR manager plan and organize employee entertainment activities.
9.Deal with employees’ contract renew and transact Hukou issue for talent.
10.Interpret to employees about company procedures, programs and provide counseling.
11.Conduct exit interviews and provide suggestions for employee retention.

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of hands on experience in HR field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
3. Strong team spirits and can also work independently.
4. Good English in spoken and written.
5. Good computer skill and proficiency in MS Office.
6. Knowledge of labor law and related regulation.
7. Diligence, honest, detail oriented, able to work under pressure
