Primary Duties and Responsibilities基本工作职责：
? Utilize knowledge of product design, materials and components to develop the following:

o Process Flow工艺流程
o Assembly Method,组装方法
o Standard Time, 标准时间
o DL/IDL Requirements, 直接/间接要求
o Capital Equipment Cost, 资本设备成本
o Tooling and Equipment Specifications 模具和设备规格
o Quality Control Standards.质量控制标准
? Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements and material flow & line layout of equipment for maximum efficiency.
? 分析和计划劳动力的使用，空间要求、物料流程和设备的布局以达到最大效率。
? Develop & update the Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA & Standardized Work Instructions.
? 发展和更新工艺流程图、PFMEA和标准作业指导书。
? Support the Quality Engineer in creating & updating the Control Plan as required.
? 按要求支持质量工程师创建和更新控制计划。
? Project Manage the procurement and acceptance of required equipment & tooling.
? 项目管理所需设备和模具的采购和接受。
? Maintain and improve equipment utilization through continuous improvement of equipment functions and specifications

? Provide preventative maintenance schedule and spare parts list for all equipment & tooling.

? Support customer part needs through pilot builds, testing, run-at-rate and PSO.

? Train & mentor Team Leaders/Supervisors on all assembly process steps.

? Lead monthly kaizen events to improve 5S & Visual Management, Standardized Work, Safety, Quality and Efficiency through the elimination of waste.

? Support the production team to reduce scrap, rework & equipment downtime.
? 支持生产团队减少报废、返修和设备停机时间。
? Coordinate with engineering for any engineering change on product and ensure engineering change information is transferred correctly to operating level.

Qualifications and Requirement资格和要求:
? Bachelor Degree in Engineering of any field
? 工程本科出身（不限行业）
? Experience for 3-5 years in Process Engineering environment
? 有工艺工程3－5年工作经验。
? Strong leadership and automotive manufacturing experience
? 极强的领导能力和丰富的汽车制造行业经验。
? Development of Process Flow, Equipment Standards, PFMEA, Control Plans & Work Instructions.
? 工艺流程、设备标准、PFMEA、控制计划和作业指导书的发展。
? Experience in lean manufacturing, line layout improvements and line balancing methods
? 有精益生产、产线布局改善和工委平衡解决办法的经验。
? Knowledge of manufacturing equipment functions and specifications
? 有制造设备功能和规格方面的知识。
? Excellent use of AutoCAD and Office application software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio)
? 精通自动CAD和办公软件(Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio)
? Knowledge of APQP process and QS 9000 quality system.
? 有APQP和QS9000质量系统的知识。
? Proficient in reading, writing & speaking English
