- Main activities

1.Supervises,trains and evaluates staff to perform tasks listed on the respective job description.

2.Plans, develops,schedules and implements the Material Inventory Control Program.

3.Examine the process at hand and take steps for improvement and cost reduction.

4.Implements and maintains the Document Control System.

5.Communicate constantly with key personnel in the procurement, manufacturing, inventory control, distribution and logistics department of the organization to ensure that they understand the objectives.

6.Maintain good relationships with vendors and ensure that the flows of materials remain unhampered.

7.Ensures proper arrangement of the products or stored properly to facilitate First in And First Out practices. Utilize analytical and quantitative methods to understand,predict, and enhance supply chain processes.

8.Responsible for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations which support SCM planning and operations.

9.Conduct market research, identifies and recommends potential local suppliers.

10.Maintains data on and evaluates local supply sources’ overall performance, (competitive pricing, product quality and timely delivery). Assesses supply operations and control mechanisms and advises on appropriate actions.

11.Supervise and animate the following services:

Transport: Optimization of the flow, negotiation of the contracts.
Customer service: Optimization of the process, ensure effect communication with.
Scheduling: to represent the supply chain for all development projects, facilitate the process of developing sales forecasts, define the levels allocated to each zone and control the planning of each supplier.

12.Performs other duties and projects as may be assigned by the General Manager or Superior officers in DELFINGEN.

- Qualifications

1. University degree preferred with engineering background

2. 5 years minimum experience in related job, automotive industry is plus.
3. Good knowledge in ISO 9000, ISO 14001 / TS-16949

4. Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

5. Good skill of English.
