MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
主要职责范围：

1.Preparation of welding technology ,responsible for welder and welding procedure qualification.编制焊接工艺,负责焊工和焊接工艺评定。

2.Preparation of welding material procurement technical standard and purchasing plan;编制焊接采购技术标准和采购计划。

3.Formulate annual welder training plan,establish archives for welder,carry out welder training,to deal with and manage welder certificate.制定年度焊工培训计划，建立焊工档案，实施焊工培训，办理及管理焊工证。

4.To assist the welding equipment installation and debugging,guide their homework by welding standard.协助焊接设备的安装调试，指导其按焊接规范作业。

5.Be responsible for the analysis of welding defects and put forward the solutions.负责焊接缺陷的分析并提出解决方案。

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
教育背景及经验
1. Bachelors degree in welding or although not welding professional,but engaged in welding work more than 5 years.（Mechanical or material forming undergraduate requirements.）
焊接专业本科毕业或机械，材料成型相关专业本科，从事焊接工作5年以上的非焊接专业人员。
2 .Have good practical experience and ability,can independently prepare welding process,welding and welding procedure qualification,ect.

具有良好的实际经验和能力，能独立编制焊接工艺，进行焊工和焊接工艺评定等工作。

附：

1. 外省市人员一旦录用，根据公司政策可以享有探亲假，租房补贴(并入工资发放）。

2. 经公司HR邀请的外省市面试人员交通费可邮寄公司报销，需要时，公司安排在武汉车站、机场或京山车站专车接送面试人员。
