职位描述
Position Responsibilities:
1.负责产品生产、质检及有关过程的监管与审核，及时发现和处理与管理程序和操作流程相违背的问题；
2.参与生产制造和包装过程中的偏差、不符合事件的调查及行动的追踪、确认；
3. 监督车间卫生状况和生产环境监控
4.监督物料盒产品的储存管理
5.监督并确保生产过程在已验证的状态下进行
6.负责不合格物料、半成品及成品的处理
7.支持年度产品回顾数据的收集和整理
Education & Experience Required:
1.具有学士学历。专业：药学、制药工程、生物化学、化学，或其它相关专业。至少1年制药或医疗器械企业的QA工作经验。
2. 良好的GMP体系或者ISO13485的认识
3.了解生产工艺控制，熟悉质量体系管理，有在线QA方面工作经验的，优先考虑
4.个性素质：坚持工作原则、能够坚守质量信念、有强烈的质量观、对质量问题敏锐。负责、沉稳、诚实可信、主动推动质量改进
5.个人技能：善于交流、有执行力度、激励及指导技能。
