Key Areas of Responsibility: 1.Develop Sustainable Product Strategy & Roadmap of China region’s long-term business strategy. This includes, with the Product Management Director, leading the product strategy process, providing market requirements, mapping the competitive landscape and developing the brand’s sustainable position over the long-term. 2.Understand and interpret customer needs and demands and translate that into new viable and sustainable product roadmap. 3.Develop and communicate effective product marketing plans for each new product/category in order to launch in a timely manner, by knowing regional channel parameters. 4.Manage the execution part through Project managers and Engineering team 5.Establish Brand positioning & competitive differentiation by delivering unique benefits 6.Assess and evaluate the channels of distribution to devise appropriate channel product strategies pertinent to the existing and targeted customer base, and to improve overall results. 7.Align and implement product strategy with sales/marketing teams 8.Manage Relationships with various vendors and suppliers. Continuous evaluation of suppliers is required. 9.Manage innovation projects, new technology induction with careful evaluation . Capabilities required: 1.Bachelor degree or equivalence with computer science or related major 2.Good command of English 3.At least 8 years experience in product areas and 3 years PM experience. Multinational corporation PC/NB PM experience will be a plus 4.In depth understanding of Brand, and China market of AIO/Tablet/PC/NB 5.In depth experience & technical knowledge of product in AIO, Tablet, PC, or NB in commercial business environment 6.Proactive mindset to solve burning issues in a timely manner 7.Proven interpersonal and communication skills, ability to resolve conflicts 8.Good financial skills with solid understanding of business issues 9.Good financial skills to be able to manage budgets
