MISSION
Responsible of HMI (Human-Machine Interface / radion and Navi touch screen)development regarding Percieved quality and package requirement especially in Chinese market.
负责PSA的HMI收音机导航触摸屏研发项目，主要针对中国市场的感知质量和总布置方面的评价。

-Be able to work with a team, have a good communication with collegue and good English to do well.

JOB ENVIRONNEMENT
The environment is a HMI Percieved Quality team and also of related Chinese and French people from other departments of EE, package and Tongji University study team. The communication language is English every day.
工作的主要对口是法国相关科室，上海电器，总布置部门和相关大学的研发团队

JOB DELIVERABLES
* Release HMI benchmark Quotation resgarding the chinese market and chinese customer request survey
* Specilaize HMI Pervieved Quality stnthesis report
* Ensure that HMI design full filled with the PSA requirement ( Also support of PSA expert).

NECESSARY ACTIONS TO ACHIEVE DELIVERABLES
* Effecient Communicate with project team and french team to assure validation of PSA HMI.
* Follow the PSA process development.
* Ensure a good communication with his/her partner of EE and ICH engineering department.

EMPOWERMENT
* Responsible of HMI chinese benchmark quotation and panel test regading chinese market requirement.

REQUIRED KNOWLEGDE AND SKILLS
-Good econimic knowledge about interior cockpits
-Good base of HMI design and validation
-Deep understanding regarding Vehicle Percieved Quality
-Familiar with automotive electronics component development.
-Over 5 years of experince in HMI design and validation will be appreciate in OEM, relevant supplier or even expert engineer in mobile phone industry.
