All finance/accounting/taxation/auditing issues.
- Enforce company finance policy with respects to internal controls, financial reporting requirements, budget process and guidelines, fixed asset accounting.
- Working capital control and cash-flow management.
- Contract review and capex assessments.
- Participate in funds raising and investment activities.
- Maintain internal control environment and carry out reviews of controls.
- Communicate with key investors to reconcile financial reporting and financial management.
- Handling all finance & business issues regarding to import/export,logistic etc in China.
- Work closely with the BU head and finance controller in the strategic and operational development of the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years multinational company working experience required;
- Familiar with China tax/finance laws, rules and regulations. Have ability to deal with bureaus in China government well.
- Familiar with import and export business
- Very familiar with SAP, MS Office software
- Self-motivated, high integrity with management and leadership skills.
- Excellent writing and spoken communication skills both in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Some technical understanding of semiconductor industry is preferred.
- Project Management experience is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS or MS degree in accounting, auditing, finance, or business administration.
- ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Chinese GAAP and IAS
