职位描述
1. Responsible for accounting daily work, review posting of AR, AP and GL entries in SAP
2. Ensure and provide guidance to the accounting staff for month-end closing activities.
3. Responsible for month-end closing, Balance Sheet and Income statement of China
4. Ensure compliance of finance procedure and company policy.
5. Improving company operation process, cost saving and work efficiency.
6. Monitor cash flow, prepare monthly cash flow forecast to Headquarter.
7. Responsible for submitting the Balance sheet Reconciliation and income statement to Headquarter and complete monthly FLUX report (expense review and analysis) on a timely basis.
8. Maintain connection with local tax bureau on all tax issues.
9. Responsible for the tax declaration, tax return, VAT and Biz Tax, Individual Income Tax report and documents, etc.
10. Responsible for the annual audit, assist internal audit and prepare documents upon request from KPMG in Portland.
11. Responsible for annual income tax filing and the Tax subsidy issue with tax bureau.
12. Candidate must be graduated from Accountancy with solid tax back ground, minimum five years working experience in keeping full set of accounts.
