职位描述：
1. Supervise and develop franchised store operations - in new shop location selection, negotiation and opening ; build the shop image and forecast sales/监督和参与新店的选址、谈判和开设；维护和建设店铺形象；销售预测.
2.Provide the daily support and solve problem to franchised stores, inclusive of merchandising control /提供加盟客户日常运营支持并协助解决问题, 货品调配.
3.Conduct the seasonal and monthly business review with each franchised accounts/协同客户回顾季度和月度生意；开发生意战略计划.
4.Assist the buying department to complete the order plan and proper product assortment plan/协助采购部完成订货计划及货品调配计划

岗位要求：
1. College education or above 大专以上学历；
2. More than 5 years related work experience in apparel company 5年以上服装公司工作经验；
3. Experienced in Franchised store management 良好的客户管理能力；
4. Good communication skills 沟通能力佳；l
