The successful candidate will energetically support the new product development process by working with the leadership team on new product development conceptualization, conduct market validation, define the specifications with the programmers and designers, monitor progress against the project plan and work with the marketing and sales teams to launch the product(s). 

成功的候选人将大力支持新产品开发进程，通过与领导团队致力于新产品开发概念、进行市场验证、与程序员和设计师定义规范、监测进展的项目计划以及和市场营销团队一起合作共同发布产品。

The successful candidate will also have:

- Excellent project management skills (attention to detail)
- Good logic and reasoning
- Able to conducting user research and gain insight from user feedback
- Great communication skills
- Fluent spoken Chinese and English
- Insight into Chinese mobile internet user
