Accounting Supervisor

Location: Shanghai

Report To: Finance Director

Job Description:

· Lead a team with 2 direct reports

· Responsible for WuXiPRA accounting daily activities including prepare GL journals, AR billing & collection, Accounts Payable process, FA register etc.

· Project accounting and relative revenue/cost analysis;

· Responsible for month-end closing and reporting.

· Monthly tax filing, annual tax return

· Review B/S reconciliations

· Liaise with local authorities and key stakeholders such as banks, tax bureau, auditors, etc.

· Ad-hoc accounting assignments;

Requires:

· College Degree or above. major in accounting or economics major;

· Around 5~8 years’ professional financial experiences in multinational company. All round functions exposure.

· Experienced with ERP system, JDE will be plus;

· Smart. quick learner and open to changes and challenges;

· Fluent English. both read and written;

· Integrity. Team Player. good communication skills
