Job Title: Business Development Manager

MISSION:

- To realize detailed market study of agglomeration (economy, population, commercial area…);
- To develop working relationships with landlord, developers and relevant government authorities;
- To search and recommend sites corresponding to company concept;
- To do a detailed feasibility study to evaluate each site, negotiate for the best possible commercial terms for lease project;
- To lead and drive the whole process from site identification to contract sign-off;
- To cooperate, communicate, coordinate with other corporate service departments such as legal, finance, construction and align with retail side to move forward the project;
- To obtain local administrative authorizations to ensure smooth opening.

PROFILE:
- Excellent English communication skills, with overseas education experience is a plus;
- At least 5 years of working experiences in retail expansion or commercial real estate development;
- Analytical thinking & excellent negotiation skills;
- Excellent execution capability with attention to details;
- Good experience in commercial real estate evaluation;
- Independent, dynamic, enjoying challenges;
- Willing to travel inside or outside of the city, driving license is a plus;
- Bachelor degree above, preferably major in business, economics, city planning, construction or law.
