Responsibilities
Support the Project Commercial Manager on:
? Document management according to Policy and Procedure.
? Support assessment and certification process of daily project payment.
? Liaise with Financial Dept to track payment status.
? Assistant to prepare CFU monthly for project commercial report use.
? Log cost data and contractor's information on financial system and maintain it from time to time.
? Assistant to control the tendering procedure according to the procurement schedule.
? Work with the team to carry out reviews, examinations and comparisons of costs across IICC projects
? Implement change order management process- Supervise the monthly payment assessment process.
? Support the final account process during the project close out period.
Qualifications
Knowledge& Background:
? University degree in quantity surveying, cost management, engineering or engineering management is preferred
? >3 years experience on cost management and contract administration in leading commercial development company or quantity survey consulting organizations.
? Membership of international or national quantity surveying institute is a plus
? Good English and Chinese in oral and written.
? Sound skills with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Skills & Abilities:
? Interacts with others in a sensitive and effective way. Respects and works well with others.
? Successfully adapts to changing demands and conditions.
? Understands and applies commercial and financial principles. Views issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value.
? Goal and standard setting and follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards are met.
? Worked for Well known developer experience will be a plus
