工作职责

• 支持购物中心保安经理保证本商场员工、顾客和租户的人身安全以及购物中心的财产安全
• 在购物中心的运营和开业的迎接阶段，提供涉及到消防安全相关系统的交接和支持，如消防系统演练，ERP，文件收集等，并根据购物中心需要取得相关的消防许可和证书。
• 负责管理内部保安队伍及外包保安公司。处理相关投诉及紧急事件
• 执行与预防犯罪和事故相关的作业手册，程序和制度，使之符合IICG规范和中国的国家标准或当地要求。
• 负责建立保安系统维护标准及策略

• 协调保安经理对外包保安公司在购物中心内部保安及外部保安的训练，尤其是新到岗保安的培训。协助保安经理和主管在防火演练和灾难管理方面的演练，如地震。

• 保证装修期间大楼安全，并负责与项目保安团队第二阶段的交接
• 由购物中心安保经理和主管安排的其他工作。

任职资格

• 大专以上学历，退伍军人或前消防队员优先
• 5年以上从业经验及3年以上大型购物中心、酒店和公共建筑相似岗位经验
• 熟悉商场运营保安管理，CCTV系统，消防系统及office办公软件
• 具备消防安全或物业管理相关资质与证书
• 紧急情况管理经验丰富，如火灾、犯罪活动、自然灾害、恐怖活动等
• 良好的沟通，问题分析与解决能力
• 认真负责，能在压力下工作
