职位描述
Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1. According to the relevant policy and the invoices from the salesman, timely and accurately open invoices and check in ERP system, the analysis report is needed if there existing any variance.
根据公司的相关政策，依据销售部业务员提交的相关单据及时准确的在系统中完成发票开具并核对一致，如有差异需提交差异分析。
2. According to company’s policy, negotiate with the sales and marketing relevant people to estimate the sales revenue provisional before the monthly closed. Sales statement to sales department and expenses accountant after the monthly closed.
每月底关账前根据公司的政策与市场营销部相关人员完成销售收入的暂估确认。在每月发票全部开立完毕后立即向销售部和费用会计提交销售报表。
3. Monthly track the actual status refer to all the relevant departments and positions in the close controlling process and come up with opinions from the position view.
每月跟踪关账控制流程中的环节各部门、岗位的实际完成情况，并能针对性的提出改进意见。
4. Assist for sales department of the overseas market development, complete the State Administration of Foreign Exchange filing and checking, countersign relevant trading contract, check the letter of credit and do payment, do foreign exchange administration and do the income and expenses accounting work related.
协助销售部门进行海外市场拓展，做好外管局备案审核、相关贸易合同的会签、信用证审查及兑付、外汇管理、对外收支等相关工作。
5. Establishing and improving the overseas financing process controlling and risk management.
建立健全海外业务的财务流程控制，风险管理。
6. Complete the overseas financial accounting and prepare relevant financial analysis report at regular intervals.
完成海外业务的相关财务核算，并定期做好相关财务分析报告。
Requirements 职位要求：
1. Major in finance or accounting, know international trade well and college degree or above
财务相关专业,熟悉国际贸易，本科及以上学历
2. More than five years related working experience in automotive manufacturing industry, some international trade experience required, familiar with Chinese accounting standards.
在汽车制造业从事财务相关工作5年以上，有一定的国际贸易经验，并熟悉中国会计准则
3. More professional skill on financial accounting, financial management, financial analysis, etc. and abilities of internal controls
具有扎实的企业财务核算、财务管理、财务分析等专业技能和较强的内部控制能力
4. Good team player with good communication skill.
较好沟通能力，具有团队精神
5. Good level of written and spoken English, Russian is a plus
流利的英文能力，会俄语者优先考虑
6. Familiar with Microsoft office, and ERP experience
熟悉办公软件，有ERP操作经验
