Responsibilities:
As qualified PRC lawyer, he/she will take care of all legal matters across the JV. This includes general corporate work, adhoc transactional tasks, contract draft, review, amend, negotiations, development and implementation of compliance programs, and training, providing advice to senior management on risk management and potential transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 5 years experience in legal area
- Ability to understand business needs and to analyze the legal requirements associated with these needs.
- Good working ethics.
- Ability to work under deadlines and take pressure.
- Strong independent working ability.
- Good communication skills both orally & written in English.
- Flexible and open-minded approach to problem solving.
- Effective and efficient management of legal risk and regulatory compliance.
- Financial understanding.
- Prior 8-10 years experiences for MNC in automotive industry preferred, law firm experience is also considered.
