Our client, a leading brand in Female sensitive products, is looking for high caliber candidate to fill the following post: -

eCommerce Director (base in Wuhan)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the eCommerce team which consists of staff for digital marketing and eCommerce operation coordinators
• Implement the group e-commerce strategy across China
• Liaise with both brand and regional marketing teams to drive online conversion leading to sales growth and enhance product merchandising
• Monitor both online and offline promotion to promote brand values
• Plan & implement online-marketing campaigns and activities, manage the development of the ecommerce website, products and online campaigns.
• Project management for the ongoing development of the ecommerce channel.
• Manage all technical issues on the site and manage design/development agencies.
• Communicate with stakeholders across multiple divisions to conduct analysis, testing and review to enhance the presence and user experience via online marketing and social media channels
• Lead eCommerce system enhancement
• Oversees budgeting and forecasting and generate reports on online KPIs

Requirements:

• A tertiary degree and 5-10 years of relevant industry experience working with eCommerce/CRM/online shop and related technology from digital marketing
• Practical experience in Project Management in FMCG or brand in Female sensitive products e.g. sanitary napkins or pantiliners
• Experience in POS (Retail Pro) and eCommerce software welcome
• Technical proficiency on content management system, SEO (both on/off page), traffic growth through paid searches, social media platforms and tools such as Google Analytics
• Strong communication and planning skills
• Strong analytical sense
• Flexible, adaptive, creative and able to deliver under pressure
• Accept frequent travel
