Job Objective工作目标:
?Through a complete analysis of suppliers and by working closely with technical/engineering team, find reliable suppliers with good quality/cost balance and contribute thus to profitability and development of company.

Job Responsibilities工作职责:
?Market study, potential supplier selection.
?Coordinate sourcing project activities with sourcing/engineering leader.
?Coordinate and conduct supplier audit for evaluation of capacities and quality systems.
?Supplier communication and negotiations.
?Quotation analysis and comparison.
?Sourcing project follow-up (from inquiry, negotiation, contacting, production, commissioning and delivery), monitor supplier performance.
?Follow up supplier’s after service.
?Ensure a good sourcing administration.
EHS：
?Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
?Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.
?Check historical EHS Records for the suppliers or potential suppliers.
?For OEM, organized EHS audit and choose the qualified supplier meeting minimum SG EHS management system requirements and environment-friendly products

Job Requirements工作要求
-Education学历: Bachelor degree above in Mechanical/ Chemicals/ Engineering/ Material Science/ Economic
-Language语言: English: CET-6 （Fluent in spoken and written English）
-Computer skill计算机技能: MS office; SAP preferred
-Work experience工作经验: 2+ in purchase/ sourcing/ supplier quality
-Others to be specified其他:
- Ensure a good sourcing administration.
- Fluent english speaking and writing.
-Strong communication and project management skills with professional personality.
