职位描述
Job Duties
- To build the customer offers and the cost brake down of the new products or the product modification validated by the sales department and in coherence with the other products.
- To negotiate with the customer the price evolution depending of the volume, raw material and exchange rate evolution.
- To negotiate with the customer the selling price and all the elements to allow you to meet your profitability objectives.
- To develop a network within the customer organization (purchasing, quality, logistic, R&D…) to get all the necessary information and to ease the problem solving.
- To bring the commercial vision and action inside the internal workgroup for innovation, RFQ answers, projects and productivity in order to get the customer approval.
- Good knowledge to the products enables you to encourage the customer's requests toward the company products and services.
Requirements & Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or other equivalent discipline
- Minimum 2 years experiences in sales engineer or technical field.
- Be familar with interior products.
- Used to the automotive industry or similar big series industry
- Strong negotiation skills and results oriented
- Strong written & oral communications skills to interface with an international organization (cross functional team collaboration)
- Anticipation, synthesis and decision capacities
- Fluent in English
- Last but not least, high ethic and team player behaviour is a prerequisite
