Job Purpose
Assist ESH department manager to:
1. Setup and maintain ESH related system (ISO 14001/OHSAS18000/QC080000...)
2. Setup the ESH related procedures according to laws, industry standard and customers' requirement
3. Supervise the execution of XMC for all ESH related procedures and laws
4. Monitor ESH abnormal events, lead emergent response and maintain fire protection system
5. Coordinate ESH related training for XMC

Job Responsibility
Assist ESH department manager to:
1. Coordinate the external audits and conduct the internal audits of OHSAS18001 & ISO14001& QC080000 & ISO14064 system
2. Conduct ESH related laws and customer requirement identification, set up internal rules accordingly
3. Supervise the implementation of ESH laws and rules through routine training and audit
4. Coordinate the identification and elimination of ESH risk
5. Review the operation of waste water & waste gas disposing systems and follow up the improvement
6. Manage hazardous chemical & waste purchase, usage, classification, transfer and disposal
7. Coordinate the identification of occupational hazards job and annually environmental / hygiene factors monitoring according to law requirements
8. Execute regular radiation protection and radiation monitoring, indoor air and drinking water monitoring
9. Ensure fire protection equipments and monitoring system in good maintenance, and coordinate all fire protection related issues
10. Create emergency response engineering specs. Such as fire alarm system, gas alarm system, CCTV, SCBA, Compressor…etc
11. Perform emergency response and investigate all accident/incidents, and coordinate all safety related issue
12. Monitor CCTV, DVR, fire protection, door control and intrude alarm system
13. Establish and maintain security control system for controlling and monitoring of personnel movement, material and vehicle flow
14. Provide safety, hygiene, environmental protection, system certification, emergency response, fire protection and security trainings, which involved incident commander training, new comers’ training, vendor safety training, ERT training, routine public training
15. Coordinate and review the drill of each department

Other Skills
1. Hold safety engineer license and system internal auditor certificate
2. Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing ESH procedure, facility system, and manufacturing system
3. Familiar with ESH related laws
4. Good communication skill (written and speaking) in both Chinese and English
5. Good problem solving skills
6. Self-motivated with good teamwork spirit.
