MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 主要职责
l Responsible for the performance of the team, set up KPI and ensuring team is adequately structured in terms of organization and resources to effectively perform，to achieve target,
负责团队表现，设置绩效考核目标并确保在组织和资源上有足够的配备以有效的工作，并达成既定目标;
l Set up SOP of function to full match management system requirement, e.g.TS14969,OHS18001 etc.
制定相关的SOP以满足公司管理系统的要求，如TS14969,OHS18001;
l Material inventory analysis, optimization and target control, control and Monitor Excess and Obsolete,
库存分析、优化及目标控制, 控制和监控过多和呆滞料;
l Make sure all information all master data of material, supplier , source list & info record is correct and , review and adjust it timely to full match MPS and MRP run,
确保相关主数据,如原材料，供应商，采购协议及采购价格的准确性并且定期回顾和及时调整主数据设置，以保证MPS 和MRP的输出准确性;
l To insure supplier's capacity and capability to meet production demand,ensure ZERO Material related down time,
确保货源能力达到生产要求,保证没有因物料引起的停产;
l Continue improve the on time delivery and lead time of suppliers,
供应商的零件准时交货率和交货周期的持续改进;
l Work with quality engineer to continue improve the supplier quality performance,
与供应商质量工程师共同工作并实现供应商交货质量的持续改进;
l Active participation in new project launches of new product, coordinate with cross functions to resolve any issues of new parts, and ensure all planning parameters correct and exist in QAD for successful MRP,
参与新产品导入, 同其他职能部门沟通并解决问题，确保所有与新零件相关的计划参数在ERP中正确并存在，以利于成功进行MRP;
l Set up the information flow, ensure effective information flow both between internal departments and external departments,
建立信息流规则，确保部门内部和与部门外部的有效信息链;
l Dealing with Emergency Situations of function,
处理职能规定范围内的紧急事件;
l Implement quality management system including TS14969,OHS18001 etc,
贯彻各种管理体系的要求;
l Other tasks assigned by leader or company business required.
其它的工作任务由主管指派或公司业务的需求.


KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
l International purchasing experience definitely is strength，
具备国外采购经验；
l Logistics knowledge and inventory management skill，
具备物流知识和存货管理技能；
l Strength of basic problem analysis and solving skills - e.g.8D,pareto, run chart, root cause analysis
具备基础问题分析和解决技能，如8D分析, 柏拉图分析，根源分析等；
l Good command of English both written and oral，
具备良好的英语口头和写作能力；
l Strong capabilities for data summary and analysis，
较强的数据总结和分析能力；
l Good communication and interpersonal skills.
良好的沟通技能和人际关系处理能力；
l Familiar with ISO /TS 16949，
熟悉ISO /TS 16949；
l ERP Knowledge background, QAD prefer，
具备ERP知识，熟悉QAD优先考虑；
l Microsoft-Word , Excel , Power Point Knowledge.
熟练使用办公软件如 Word, Excel, Power Point等。

Our current business operation includes: producing and assembling electrical powered hydraulic steering systems for chassis, actuation, and airbag ECU electronic. We also sell our products and provide after-sale service in the mean time.

A new expanded TRW Automotive Components (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd will open in Wuhan. This new plant will form the footprint for TRW’s continued Braking growth within china. Wuhan plant will locate in Wuhan Economic and Technology Development Zone (Zhuankou District), main products include: rear caliper, front caliper, booster and master cylinder. First assembly line in Wuhan plant will launch in May, 2012, revenue target for 2015 will be 155 million USD.
