Brief Description of Job Duties (English & Chinese)
岗位职责描述（中英文）

1.Provide prompt and qualified field service for electric automation system, including on-site troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, etc.;
提供电气自动化系统迅捷合格的现场服务，包括现场问题排查，安装及调试等；

2.Investigate and analyze cause of product and equipment problems on-site;
现场调查，分析产品及设备故障原因；

3.Maintain service hotline to provide customer technical consulting;
提供热线服务，解答客户技术服务咨询；

4.Provide product and service training, edit service documents.
提供产品及服务培训，以及服务资料的编写。


Brief description of Minimum Qualifications for the Job Candidates (English & Chinese)
岗位录用条件（中英文）

1. Junior college and above, major of Electric Automation or Mechanic Manufacturing and Automation, over 3 years working experience of service or maintenance about automation equipment, be familiar with PLC programming or servo driver system, knowledge about tightening is preferential;
大专以上学历，电气自动化或机械制造及自动化相关专业， 3年以上自动化设备维护或售后服务工作经历，熟悉PLC编程或伺服驱动系统，有拧紧设备经验者优先；

2.Good English skill in written and speaking, good communication skills;
良好的英文听说读写及沟通能力；

3.Willing to frequently travel and shoulder pressure;
能够经常出差并承受压力；

4.Good teamwork spirits.
良好的团队合作精神。
