岗位职责：
起草相关的标定试验规范及操作细则等；
参与讨论或起草基础能力实施技术实施方案；
根据工作及项目要求，执行整车电喷系统基础标定试验、三高环境标定验证、排放OBD标定验证的工作，并定期或按计划节点提供项目进展报告，编制技术报告等。

职位描述:
整车驾驶性标定及验证；
整车功能标定及验证，包括换挡品质的标定，巡航，PTO，空调等；
排放试验标定；
路谱采集及油耗改进方案制定；
整车高寒，高温和高原标定及验证（如有需要）；
整车相关的电器诊断及功能标定和验证，OBD在整车上的验证；
整车应用试验及耐久试验支持；
数据发放及管理；
负责整车排放耐久试验和专项试验及生产中的技术服务，分析出现问题的原因，制定可行的方案计划，最终解决问题并完成相关报告的编制；
负责处理上级领导授权与交办的其它事务；

要求:
硕士或重点大学本科以上学历，汽车电子、热能与动力工程等相关专业；
本科5年以上，硕士3年以上标定工作经验，大学英语六级；
熟练使用标定系统软件，具备独立标定发动机和整车的能力；
能够独立解决系统故障，了解燃烧开发及相关技术。
