生产操作工

Job Purpose (State in a nutshell the overall objective of the role)

工作目的(简单介绍该职位目标)

Carry out tableting work with the instruction of BPR and SOPs.

负责按BPR指令和SOP进行包装或者配料、过筛、乳膏剂配料及配制工作。

Be responsible for cleaning work in the position, too helping other section working.

负责本岗位的清洁卫生外，还协助其他岗位工作。

Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )

主要职责(描述该职位要取得的结果)

a. Operator report activities such as dispensing(oral solid, ointment) , sieving, ointment emulsify work progress, product quality, equipment state etc. to production supervisor.

操作者向生产主管报告配料（固体制剂、乳膏剂）、过筛、乳膏剂乳化工作的进度、产品质量、设备状态等工作；

b. Be responsible for production operation of dispensing(oral solid, ointment) , sieving and ointment emulsify

负责固体制剂、乳膏剂配料，过筛、乳化岗位生产操作；

c.The Tableting operator reports to the production progress, production quality and equipment status to production supervisor.

自动装盒操作员向生产主管报告有关生产进度、产品质量和设备状态等方面工作；

d. Be responsible for production operation of Tableting.

负责自动装盒岗位的生产操作；包括，自动装盒机操作、收缩膜机、药监管码系统操作；

e. Control all manufacturing activities to be complying with related SOPs and products standard..

负责按BPR指令和有关SOP进行生产操作；

f. Control Production progress according to the production plan.

负责按生产计划完成生产工作；

g. Confirm the received materials from airlock

负责到气闸室交接物料，并对所接物料进行复核；

h. Proper use，cleaning, maintenance of all equipment in this area

负责本岗位所有设备的正确使用、清洗和维护保养；

i. Staging, labeling and transferring of all raw materials and intermediate products in this area.

负责本岗位所有原材料，半成品的暂存，加标签，移交；

j. Cleaning and sanitation of is area, as well as public clearance area.

负责本岗位的清洁、卫生和清场以及公共区域卫生；

k. Fill in all production records correctly and timely, example :status label, LOGBOOK ,cleaning record in production area.

负责本岗位生产记录的正确、及时填写：如状态标签、LOGBOOK、生产区清洁、批记录等其他记录；

l. Responsible for operating the SOP to repair and training.

负责本岗位操作SOP的文件修订及操作培训；

m. Other assignment from superiors

执行主管安排的其他工作；

n. Obey and follow up corporate HSE/Quality policy, SOP and National regulation, to make sure full compliance.

遵守和执行公司的HSE/质量方针，SOP和法规来确保其完全符合性。
