主要职责：

1.有效地监管零售商店铺的日常运作

2.严格执行公司各项指令，並确保零售商店铺严格地遵守

3.协助零售商店铺达到公司所制定的销售目标

4.担任公司与零售商沟通桥梁，把零售商店铺的问题向公司反映

5.定期分析数据並作出总结，提出解決方案

6.协助內部各组别更有效的沟通( 商品/ 陈列/ 法务/ 运输和财务)

职位要求:

1.适应出差（苏州）

2.高中或以上学历，女性优先

3.具备5年以上品牌零售管理经验，有同时管理两家以上店铺经验者优先，有皮具品牌经验者优先

4.形象佳，较强的表达能力及良好的亲和力

5.性格积极、乐观、正面、有责任心、可承受压力
