Responsibilities 岗位职责


l Be responsible for the daily work of shopping centre information desk, including monitoring and arranging customer service work, dealing with and receiving customer complaints, and all kinds of coordination related with other department.

负责管理购物中心服务台的日常工作,包括监督及安排服务台客服工作,处理及接待顾客的投诉,及其他本部门有关的各类协调工作。

l Be responsible for the training and operation of shopping centre “Huiju Baby”.

负责购物中心“荟聚宝贝”儿童乐园的培训及运行工作.

l Be responsible for customer service training of shopping centre staff and monitoring service levels.

负责购物中心员工顾客服务的培训及监控服务水平。

l Assist the department manager to prepare collaboration and communication between departments and related units.

负责协助本部门经理作好部门及相关单位间的协作与沟通工作

l Accomplish any tasks assigned by the manager.

完成上级安排的其他工作。

Qualifications 任职资质

l Younger than35 years old, college degree or above, no gender limited.

年龄35岁以下,专科以上学历,男女不限。

l Skilled in office software and modern office equipment.

熟练操作办公软件和使用现代办公设备。

l Good communication and familiar with the laws and regulations of commercial properties, with good sense of service.

具备良好的沟通能力,熟悉商业物业法律法规,具有良好的服务意识。

l 2+ years of solid experience at same position in Shopping centre/ Upscale hotel/ Department stores.

有大型购物中心、高档酒店、百货商场等二年以上同岗位管理经验。

l Have a certain coordination.

具备一定的协调能力。

l Strong communication in English.

英语沟通能力强。
