1.生产计划经理

Brief Description
To lead, manage and motivate a team of demand planners to :

1) develop and assess the comprehensive plan for demand on specific product families.

2) lead the process for demand management: Planning Demand, Communicating, Influencing Demand, Prioritizing and Managing Demand

3) Manage the variables in the demand equation: marketing forecast, inventory, and consumption

4) Optimize the models and variables for each of the products to drive a product family’s production plan and demand plan to meet established customer satisfaction metrics and business goals and

5) Develop and track performance measurements to provide feedback on execution and reinforce accountability.
Detailed Description
1. Lead communications on demand management with Marketing, Manufacturing, Customer Service
2. Lead communication on production objectives to meet Customer Satisfaction and Sensata Business Goals
3. Coordination of worldwide demand plan for specific product families ( china make)
4. Measure and monitor the demand plan for specific product families
5. Manage and balance global capacity utilization to meet customer and business needs ( china make)
6.Manage Global allocation of output where demand exceeds capacity globally ( china make)
7. Establish and monitor inventory models
8. Develop forward-looking capacity plans and proactively resolve issues
9. Define processes and drive improvements
10.Lead Projects
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years related experience
2. Good communication skill and leadership skill
3. Have team management experience and Oracle experience is preferred
4. Related experience in multinational company is preferred
5. Good English in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing

2.Manufacturing Supervisor (生产主管)

职位描述： Detailed Description
1. Manages and motivates an area of about 500 team players.
2. Drives for continuous improvement (productivity, work-in-progress inventory and cycle time reduction, indirect material usage reduction) while meeting quality targets.
3. Responsible for the development and implementation of the company's production control functions including master scheduling and production planning/coordination.
4. Maintains the reporting on manufacturing performance including work-in-progress, manufacturing on time delivery and labor cost management.
5. Implements and ensures conformance to all safety practices.
6. Trains, develops, coaches and follow-ups on teaming programs like SMWT / TPM / 5S activities.
7. Plans and develops manufacturing staffing model including hiring, training and multi-skill development.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Strong knowledge and good exposure in high volume manufacturing processes with minimum of 5 years working experience.
3. Proven record in improving manufacturing cycle time, WIP management/reduction.
4. Proven good interpersonal skills. A team player. Effective communication skills at all levels.
5. Strong in planning and organization. Willing to take on challenges. Speedy execution and poses a strong desire for continuous improvement.
6.Candidates with Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience will have an added advantage.
7.Basic English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
