主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1、 负责冲压设备的机械、液压部分的维修及改造。
2、 为现场生产服务，及时与机修工完成机械、液压的日常和纠正性维修。
3、 负责设备定期保养计划的实施及跟踪。
4、 编制设备的机械、液压维修的标准化作业指导书及安全操作指导书。
5、 制定机械、液压的备件清单，负责相关备件的采购。
6、 根据设备的维修记录，进行维修统计和分析并采取改进行动。
7、 协助供应商进行设备安装调试，进行操作和维护培训。
8、 收集并整理设备的所有资料，并集中管理。
资格和要求 Qualification and Requirements:
1、熟悉冲压设备的制造维修工艺
2、能独立完成设备的机械、液压部分的维修、保养和改造工作
3、具有机械、液压图纸阅读能力
4、具有工程制造或机制相关专业大学本科或本科以上学历
5、具有3年以上的制造设备管理及维护工作经验
6、熟练运用AutoCAD制图软件
7、基本的中英文书面和口语沟通能力
