职位描述
主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1、 先期项目工艺开发-工艺流程、CT周期时间和产能计算，工装夹具、设备及生产线定义；
2、 生产布局(layout)设计，实现人机工程和物流优化；定期对生产布局(layout)进行优化；
3、 工装夹具、设备及生产线的计划跟踪；
4、 设备及生产线工艺参数的设计和管理；并组织和参与工装/工具的调试与安装验收
5、 标准工艺文件的制作，工艺流程图、PFMEA、控制计划、标准工时和作业指导书等；
6、 领导焊接和装配工艺团队，给与生产支持，解决生产过程中出现的质量、技术和设备问题；
7、 支持和参与工厂的持续改善；
8、 与设计团队进行沟通，确保BOM和图纸状态处于最新状态；
9、 工程变更的管理。
10.领导交代的其他事宜。
资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:
教育：大学专科及以上
经历：3年以上相关工作经验，且一年以上工艺工作经验，一定的人员管理经验，能独立解决问题
其他：良好的中英文能力；工装/检具方面的相关工作和管理经验；有较强的学习和应用能力。熟练使用MS office，AutoCAD，Catia或UG的软件。
