工作概要 Job Summary

为了确保会计信息的完整、准确、及时，遵照《会计准则》和《企业会计制度》的前提下，规范处理公司总帐报表事项。

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. 负责公司帐务日常处理的真实性、完整性；

2. 负责提交报表的准确性和及时性；

3. 按照财务制度及内控制度要求，负责费用报销单据核查、凭证制作；

4. 负责公司资产管理工作，审核及录入固定资产相关单据、计提折旧，定期盘点固定资产；

5. 严格按国家标准正确核算各类税额的计提和上缴；

6. 编制各项记账凭证，完成公司帐务记帐与结帐工作；

7. 负责填写报表体系的相关报表；

8. 负责完成日常会计、税务报表、报告的编制。

9. 协助财务经理完成财务部门的其他工作。

岗位权职：

接受一定的监督，管理一个较广泛的职能范围。

总帐会计的要求 Analytical Requirements:

1.按照财务制度及内控制度要求，负责费用报销单据核查、凭证制作；

2.负责公司资产管理工作，审核及录入固定资产相关单据、计提折旧，定期盘点固定资产；

3.严格按国家标准正确核算各类税额的计提和上缴；

4.编制各项记账凭证，完成公司帐务记帐与结帐工作；

5.负责填写报表体系的相关报表；

6.负责公司资产管理工作，审核及录入固定资产相关单据、计提折旧，定期盘点固定资产；

7.负责员工工资和四金的核算及部分基金的计提和上缴。

8.负责完成日常会计、税务报表、报告的编制。

资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:

学历：大学本科及以上，会计相关专业，有注册会计师资格者优先

经历：

1. 至少3年制造业企业(独资或合资)总帐会计经验。

2. 较好的财务会计理论知识，熟悉会计报表的处理，具备简单财务分析能力；具备资金预算、会计核算、税务、预算编制及分析等各项财务管理方面的工作能力。

3. 熟练使用专业财务软件及办公自动化软件；

其他：

1. 英语良好，电脑应用熟练；

2. 工作细致，责任感强，良好的沟通能力、团队精神。

3. 品行端正、诚实守信、遵纪守法，身体健康，坚持原则，客观公正，依法办事，保守机密。
