工作职责：

负责设备调试和大修过程的履历管理，内容包括设备基本情况、维修指导书、设备改进报告、设备故障统计等相关文件组织填写、归档存位，定期整理工作
Be responsible for equipment document and record management, include maintenance instructions improve report, trouble records and analysis.
组织制定各级维护作业指导书，制定周、月、年预防维修计划并监控执行。
Responsible for writing instructions, maintenance plan and check.
负责设备的持续改进，提出增进设备性能的解决方案并加以执行。
Pursues continuous improvement by development, implementing and supporting solutions/strategies to increase productivity, maintain equipment uptime and improve the operation.
设备资料管理：设备说明书、零件说明书、图纸、测试报告和图表、供应厂商记录、设备程序一些设备的相关资料信息，并及时更新。
Data management:equipment and spare part manual. drawing and chart,repor, equipment programs and supplier information.
确保工作满足公司体系的要求
To ensure that all work is carried out to meet with the company’s Health and Safety Policy and Procedure.
确保及时、高效地解决设备电气故障，并配合相关人员分析处理设备不良。
To ensure timely and effectively solve the equipment electrical fault, and comply with relevant personnel analysis processing equipment.
参与设备的选型、技术要求、设备安装、验收、调试。包括设备的技术改造、支持其他部门的技改项目。
Take part in new project some work like as technical support, equipment install. Support other department technically improve.

备件管理：备件清单的制定和更新、备件质量和库存的控制、备件费用的控制。
management spare parts, spare list include type, number, acceptable, consumes.
达成公司ＫＰＩ指标：各线设备停机率
finish company KPI line oee
电力设施和工具的管理
manage electricity equipment and tool
指导维修技术员的日常工作，对技术员和操作人员组织专业培训。
directing maintenance technician to trouble shoot of equipment, training.
支持其他部门，完成临时性的其他任务。
Support other DPt. To finish provisional works.

职位要求：

自动化或机电一体化专业
automatic or mechatronics major
三年以上自动化编程经验
Need have 3 years relevant post apprenticeship experiences.
有电气工程师相关资格证明
To be qualified electrical engineer with relevant qualifications.
