每月及时与物流，销售，客户沟通确保应收账款及时收款以及销售发票的及时开具.

Timely communicate with sales , customers and logistics to control collection status, manage accounts receivable, and Trace po status make sure Timely recognize revenues，issue invoice.
按标准及时审核付款单据,确保后续供应商能及时收到货款。Matching PO. PR, Packing List, Invoice and prepare for payments.follow-up ensuring on time payment for suppliers.
每月做付款计划并按要求完成付款计划。
Monthly make payment Plan and complete it.
每周及时更新资金预测系统，并及时报告每周资金动态。
Weekly Timely update Lex ,Weekly Timely update weekly FCF,Weekly Timely update cash pool balance monitor.
负责本地银行外币的收付汇，确保外汇业务正常。
Responsible for surrender of exchange, reconciliation.
每月及时编制银行余额调节表.
Edit the balance adjust form of each bank per month.
每月及时完成账务明细表。
Prepare wuhan metal’s BSR .
每季度及时准备内审文件。
Prepare wuhan metal’s SOX.
每月完成税务申报，以及进出口免抵退申报。确保公司税务正常。

Prepare annual taxation report in tax bureau system,Perform monthly export VAT refund timely and follow up the export documents collection.
每月及时进行账务处理，确保月末关帐的顺利进行
Keep the account books according to the national accounting rules in a timely, accurate and clear manner ; keep all the GL accounting documents completely and orderly.
每月及时核对进项，确保账务与税务进项一致。
Prepare monthly VAT invoice and import customs VAT declare for the tax bureau and ensure .
每年及时进行公司证件年审。
Keep and update company certificates.
固定资产的跟踪预测以及管理。

Capex forecast and fixed asset management.
完成领导以及管理层安排的其他工作。
Completed the staff of the department attendance and other relevant supporting work.
