职位描述
岗位权职：
1）有权对供应商提交的PPAP、PSW文件和8D报告进行评审并提出相关意见。
2) 根据审核结果，供应商绩效，有权建议将某供应商列入高风险供应商
岗位的相互配合 Position Interactions:
汇报责任：质量部经理
分析要求 Analytical Requirements:
具有良好的专业知识，较强的组织协调及沟通能力，善于发现问题，能独立开展工作。.
资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:
1、机械工程或相关专业大专以上学历。
2、了解冲压、焊接方面的专业知识，三年以上质量工作经历。
3、英语四级，具备基本听说读写能力。
4、熟悉TS16949及其它的质量体系。
5、具备独立地进行质量体系审核的能力。
6、了解李尔SRS系统,LPMP。
7、了解质量体系和质量管理的工具和解决问题的方法，如：APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC、8D、精益生产（5S、准时生产、防错、全员生产性维护、看板、价值流程图等）。

The total investment of the new company is 25 million USD and the total construction area is about 15,000 square meters, which will SOP in June of 2012.
