职位描述
Documentation from clients and the Port offices and to issue Bills of Ladings to customers.
1. Check all necessary data transfer to our systems for futher preparing relevant ducuments to parties concerned within and outside the oragnisation.
2. Input the freight according to S/C or R/A.
3. Invoicing of incidental expenses such as amendment fee or telex release charges from customers.
4. Arranging to issue manifest correctors through the manifest dempartment as required.
Qualification:
1. College or above, at least two year experience in Shipping Industry.
2. Willing to work under pressure and deal with massive workload.
3. Good spoken and written English,skillful knowledge of MS-office.
4. Good communication and problem solving skill.
5. Positive working attitude.
6. Good team player.
