职位描述
工作职责 Responsibilities：
1. 根据企业年度经营计划，制定仓储物流部工作计划；
According to the annual BP, make the department work plan,
2. 根据企业经营管理整体要求，制定仓储管理及厂内物流等各项制度并贯彻实施；
According to the overall requirements of the enterprise management, make and implement the relevant regulations of warehouse management and internal logistics management,
3. 编制各项工作流程及操作标准并监督执行；
Compile the working procedure and standard operation booklet of storage,
4. 核定生产材料的储备定额并严格控制；
Evaluate and control the storage ration of production materials,
5. 负责厂内物流生产管理；
Responsible for the internal logistics management,
6. 对本部门的安全、质量、成本控制及生产任务全面负责；
Responsible for the department security, production quality, cost and productive task,
7. 员工培训。
Staff training.
职位要求 Requirements：
1. 本科及以上学历，仓储物流及相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above major in warehouse logistics management or related,
2. 熟悉ERP系统，仓储物流信息管理及相关行业规定；
Familiar with ERP system, logistics warehouse information management and relevant industry regulations,
3. 5年以上整车厂或大型总成厂的物流仓储工作经验；
5 or more years of warehouse logistics operation working experience in the completed vehicle factory or larger-scale assembly factory,
4. 3年以上仓储物流中层管理经验；
3 or more years of middle management experience in warehouse logistics management,
5. 具备良好的中英文沟通交流能力者优先。
Mandarin and English ability for daily work and communication is a plus.
