职位描述
Responsibility 岗位职责：
- Design and optimization of components for semi-trailers
- Sub components and components include chassis structure, running gear and bodies
- Develops manufacturing drawings in accordance with internal company standards
- Define and create bill of materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Research and analyze customer requirements, specifications, manuals, and other data
- To evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
- Support supplier sourcing and evaluate the supplier from technique point, do design review with supplier to make them under control
- Working together with purchasing, quality, product management, production, suppliers and customers
- Temporary support for other work
Requirements 岗位要求：
- Master university degree in Mechanical Engineering and more than 5 years of experience in the field of commercial vehicle, SPV business preferred
- Two or more years’ experience as design engineer
- Understanding of design and engineering procedures
- Experience in using state of the art product development tools
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, attention to details
- Strong project management skills and ability to get things done
- Advanced computer skills, particular with standard CAD (CATIA, PROE) and ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to present ideas in a business friendly and user-friendly language
- High level of written and spoken English, German is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
