Summary Job Description:
Designing analog and mixed-signal ICs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing analog blocks that include LDO, comparators, band-gap, linear low-dropout regulator, oscillators, DLL, etc .
- Duties will include architecture, behavioral, cell and transistor level development, simulation, floor planning and silicon debug.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Master degree above, major in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science or related is preferred.
- Experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design.
- Good knowledge in analog IC design, device physics, and analog layout.
- Familiar with SPICE simulation tools and hands-on experience in design basic analog building.
- Experience in designing power chip.
- With well-organized skills to coordinate in multifunctional environment, strong interpersonal ability.
- Strong ability of innovation, logic thinking and summarization.
- Good skills in team building training and management.
- Fluent in written English
