主要工作内容：

1.参与新产品工装模具的开发认可、设计方案评估、技术协议编写、模具调试验收等整个过程的工作，对模具开发状态及进度进行跟踪、监督和管理；
2.消化模具图纸、了解模具结构，编制批产前的相关技术文件，如：模具标准化作业单、s模具维护作业指导书、模具维护点检表，并做好批产前的培训工作；
3.管理工装模具，做好工装模具的入库、领用、转移、外发、报废等过程的控制，并制定模具在转移或外发时模具的改进方案
进行日常模具问题的汇总，总结发生问题的原因并制定改进措施，不断完善预防性维护保养计划的内容及周期
4.跟踪掌握工装模具在使用过程中的状态，并进行对于需改进的模具，编写工装模具改进方案和计划，并跟踪实施，并将更改依据及更改方案存档；
5.对客户提出的质量问题进行分析，对于模具存在的问题及需改进的方面制定或指导模具维修技师制定方案和计划，并跟踪实施；
6.对于模具中重复发生的故障，组织做8D分析，要求根据其原理、作用、结构等提出持续改进意见并实施，并在相应预防性维护中加入易发生故障的预防内容；
7.指导维修人员对工装模具的维修，对出现故障模具组织制定维修方案并监督实施，减少停机时间，保障生产正常进行；
8.负责冲压新工艺的研究、开发及推广工作；
9.负责模具备品备件采购；
10负责模具图纸的更新存档；
11.制订模具、工装、设备相关技术规范、作业指导书等；
12.遵守健康安全环境规定;
13.完成领导安排的其他工作;

职位要求：

1.大专（含）以上学历；
2.3年以上金属厚板成型、连模具设计制造、开发工作领域工作经验；
3.有能独立分析冲压件质量缺陷并提供模具改进方案；
4.现场模具制作调试（汽车行业者优先）；
